Sean Cooper

Hi, my name is Sean Cooper and I am teacher here at Kaplan. I am originally from the United States and I have been teaching here for 1 year. I am here to give you just some general basic impressions of my time here at Kaplan. Overall I cannot recommend Kaplan highly enough. I really enjoyed my time here for variety of reasons. Initially, after not living, because I have not lived in a big city or in Asia, there was an adjusting period, but I had a lot of good supports from my fellow teachers as well as the staffs here, which was very helpful.

In term of teaching, I really really enjoyed that part of my experience for the Kaplan. The students are highly motivative and very focused and they are very receptive to your guidelines, and your expertise. You will be working with some of the best students in Thailand. You also have many great opportunities, for example, during my time here, I went to English Camp, which is on a Tropical Island about 3 hours East of Bangkok and this was truly incredible experience both because the Island is unbelievable beautiful and because my students were so enthusiastic and so genuine. That is the experience that I will never forget. Much like I will never forget my year here at Kaplan. So, as I said before, I cannot recommend teaching here highly enough.
