Teaching at Kaplan has been a very rewarding experience in several aspects.  Firstly, the students at Kaplan are a joy to work with.  They are hard-working, fun, and quite intelligent.  The staff at Kaplan assisted me in every way from helping me find needed documents to suggesting a good restaurant to try close by the school.  The supervisors at the school are probably the best I have ever had because they are so considerate and helpful. 

Living in Bangkok is a big part of teaching here.  The city was overwhelming when I first arrived from a moderate sized city in the United States.  However, after just a few days I was overcome by the people.  They are smiling, helpful, and their deep faith in Buddhism is impressive.  Not to mention the fact that this city is the place to go if you love food.  There are thousands of restaurants, food stalls, and markets.  This can be shocking at first, but this is very easy to get used to.

Overall the experience in Bangkok teaching at Kaplan has been everything that I hoped it would be when I first started looking for a place to teach.  It was fun, rewarding, and a great cultural learning experience.
