Customer and Management Support Officers

Candidates must have a strong customer service focus and be highly creative.

He/she will be responsible for giving advice about the company’s test preparation courses as well as information about the standardized tests to customers that call or come into our centers. 

He/she will also be responsible for improving operations, creating class schedules, coordinating and supporting teachers and teams in enhancing customers’ satisfaction and company performance.

Job-Specific Qualification

  • Strong service-minded and self-motivated
  • Quick learner with positive working attitude
  • Polite, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • Open-minded, hardworking, well-organized
  • Pro-active thinker in operational matters
  • High endurance and persistence in completing rigorous tasks such as class scheduling and teacher schedule coordination
  • Previous experience in working with foreign teachers is a plus
